This session puts its focus on tangible pathways to develop diversity across all tiers of the nature, conservation and science film industry sector through thoughtful practices and creating early/pre and continuing career development programs and systems. Ensuring people of color, all genders, people with disabilities and LGBTQ+ are adequately represented demographics within the wildlife/nature/science sector. Focus areas will be in countries with an already bolstered wildlife filmmaking industry.
