DAYLIGHT SAVINGS rejoins San Francisco musician Goh Nakamura one year after SURROGATE VALENTINE. This time around, Goh finds commercial success in his fledgling career when his song gets licensed in a national TV commercial for an anti-depressant medication. With newfound fame, an upcoming national tour, and a decision to settle down in Los Angeles with his long distance girlfriend Erika, Goh finds himself devastated when he gets dumped on Skype right before the big move. To further complicate matters, he reconnects with old flame Rachel, but finds himself drawn toward fellow indie musician Yea-Ming, who he meets at his going-away party. Goh's cousin Mike comes to Goh's rescue, but their road trip goes awry and Goh is forced to face his romantic issues on his own.
