This touching drama follows a Latin mother and daughter who are facing major life changes and how their love challenges and sustains them. Sol Miranda from the multi-award-winning show The Unbreakable Kimmy Schmidt stars as Gloria, a school principal and widow about to retire, whose daughter, Christina (Victoria Cartagena from Batwoman), must prove herself as a person of color in a highly competitive field. Their dynamic raises questions about identity, loss, and the damaged communication between two people who love each other but struggle to reconcile their differences.
