Recognizing that the economic disparities resulting from privilege and exacerbated by the pandemic are a barrier to engagement, the North Dakota Human Rights Film and Arts Festival has completely removed financial barriers to engaging with the festival. SEESAW is a fictional account of a child working relentlessly to support his family with lost hope, who represents millions of others like him, and how one activist liberated thousands of these children and brought them into the light.
