Join us for a 40-minute conversation from with Director/Writer/Producer Savvas Christou, Lead Actor William Kircher, Lead Actress Tori Kostic, Producer Melissa Gutierrez, Director of Cinematography Manuel Velasquez, and Composer Dimitris Mann of KATHERINE'S LULLABY. They will be telling fun stories and anecdotes about the making of the film as well as answering questions you might have about the movie. Much more than just a simple Q&A, this promises to be a funny and delightful conversation with rising and award-winning talents in the industry.

Director/Writer - Savvas Christou

Savvas Christou has been experimenting with filmmaking since high school. His lifelong passion led him to move to Los Angeles in 2016 to study Filmmaking at NYFA. Since then he has written and directed 13 short films, 5 of which were awarded in local and international film festivals. One of his latest ones, A Scream That's Trapped Inside' (2017) was awarded as the 'Best Short Film' in 19 Festivals all around the world. Katherine's Lullaby is his debut feature film.

Lead Actor - William Kircher

Now based in Los Angeles, William Kircher is one of the most experienced actors from New Zealand. He has appeared in more than one hundred professional theater productions and starred in high-profile film & television projects. In 2010, William was hand-picked by director Peter Jackson to play the role of ‘Bifur’ in The Hobbit trilogy. His latest film work includes critically-acclaimed performances in projects like ‘The Axiom’ which premiered at 2018 Cannes Festival and the 2017 sci-fi feature ‘Rogue Warrior: Robot Fighter.

Lead Actress - Tori Kostic

At the age of six, Tori began training in acting and instantly fell in love with it. She continued studying her craft while attending high school at the Orange County School of the Arts. Growing up, Tori appeared in numerous commercials and short films. Over the last few years she's expanded her work into television with guest spots in shows like NCIS New Orleans, Dwight in Shining Armor, and Raven's Home. Katherine's Lullaby is her first lead in a feature length film.

Producer - Melissa Gutierrez

Melissa Gutierrez Clavijo is a Film Producer with an expanding portfolio of 70+ productions with recognitions and accolades in some of the most important entertainment hubs globally: LA, New York, Toronto, Bogota, and Berlin, to name a few. Born in Colombia, she currently resides in Los Angeles, where she leads as VP & Head of Production at a successful video agency.

Director of Photography - Manuel Velásquez, ADFC

Manuel Velásquez, ADFC is a Colombian cinematographer who lensed various international feature films such as Un Regalo Esencial (Costa Rica) and Somos Ecos (Colombia). He has a Master of Fine Arts in Cinematography from the New York Film Academy (Universal Studios Campus) plus 10 years of experience shooting hundreds of short films, commercials, music videos and other audiovisual forms.

Composer - Dimitris Mann

Having honed his unique compositional skills under the tutelage of legends like Hans Zimmer, Henry Jackman and Joel Goodman, Dimitris went on to lend his distinctive voice and style to more than 85 films and TV shows, including PBS’s critically acclaimed Nova, Starz's Insomnia, and A&E’s 60 Days In. He has performed with and produced music for numerous artists, from world renowned classical tenor, Mario Frangoulis, to metal bands and synth-wave artists. He just finished working on Joe Berlinger's Confronting A Serial Killer, and is currently scoring Baby Don't Cry, a coming of age drama feature.
