New Italian Cinema Events is a truly unique event, a collective one, an act of cultural and social communication with the intent to show and appreciate newest feature films that show contemporary Italian life and culture. For the 2020 edition, the festival chose to have an important selection of films by female directors, wishing for a real and significant increase in visibility and relevance for women in the film industry in Italy as well as everywhere in the world.
