Workshop Description:

Being creative, Being human, Being present to our internal and external experiences daily challenge the narratives we have for ourselves, what we create and who witnesses us in the process.

In this workshop we will discuss the emotional, mental and artistic connections of moving between surviving and thriving as artist and creative beings. We will look into what stories, what language, what narratives are helping us and hurting us. We will observe and discuss our own resourcing as individuals and within community that bring more ease, sustainability, joy and care as we bring our creativities to life.
