The 2020 Minneapolis North High football team battled to win a championship amid school closures due to the COVID pandemic, George Floyd’s death, and the resulting riots that set a community on edge and their neighborhood on fire. Led by a group of dedicated police officers, the 2020 Minneapolis North High football team put aside the turmoil of the times and came together to battle for a championship.



Director Bio/Statement:

Jeffrey S. Williams is a producer/director/screenwriter from Minneapolis, Minnesota. He is a graduate of the Howard University Film School. He is a past winner of the Bush and McKnight Artist Fellowships for screenwriting.
