After many years of drinking, smoking and eating fried southern foods, Donnie Seals Sr. almost died before age 50. Following 3 quadruple bypass surgeries and living on more than 20 daily medications, Donnie found his road back to heart-health through cycling. Now at 70 and on only one medication, Donnie with his 35-year-old filmmaker son, embark on an amusing and inspirational bicycle journey from St. Louis to Chicago.
