Welcome to the first South Asian Emerging Artist Film Festival of Orlando presented by the Asian Cultural Association! Even though we can't all be together in person as planned, we can still celebrate film and art around the world.

Covid-19 has been a dark and difficult time for many but art has given us moments of joy and peace. For that reason, we wanted to give emerging artists a platform to present their creativity. We received film submissions from all over the world and are excited for you to experience the collection we put together. We decided not to put an age limit on submittors and any theme restrictions on the films in order to give any emerging artist the chance to shine.

There are 6 award categories for this festival: Best Film, best director, best story, best script, best social impact and the audience choice award. Winners will be chosen by a jury and you can vote at home for the audience choice on the Asian Cultural association website!

We would like to thank the India Center at the University of Central Florida for partnering with us and sponsoring the festival and the global peace festival for making this virtual experience a reality.
