Taking place over the course of a single day, City Lights follows the stories of three very different Latinx millennials living in the Los Angeles greater area. Rosie, Berta and Paco are three Latinx individuals with vastly separate lives--including an evening of loss, love, and acceptance culminating in a taco truck in Los Angeles.
