Frank McKinney is the first (and only) Black college rugby coach in the U.S. When Frank is hired to build a new rugby team at a predominantly white university down south, his dream of bringing diversity to the game was suddenly within reach. He brought in 15 players; four were wrestlers, and one was a mascot from another sport. He wanted his team to be inclusive and diverse and hard-working. Character and good grades were required.
