Climate change is huge, scary, overwhelming, and highly politicized. We don’t want to pay attention to the bad news: flooding in the Midwest, fires eating up the West, seas rising, temperatures rising, glaciers melting. Years of industrialized agriculture have been a major contributor to these changes. TO WHICH WE BELONG follows a new generation of growers seeking to rebuild their businesses and their planet by embracing the interconnectedness of living things. We follow the work of nine farms and ranches going against the grain with bold experiments in plant rotation, cattle ranching that leaves room for wildlife, and even an attempt to re-seed the ocean itself. All these regenerative efforts work with nature and not against it. The key to our survival may be under our feet.
