Description: Employment can open doors we never thought possible, but it often takes a journey to achieve employment success. For job seekers and workers who have disabilities, it can be especially difficult to gain and maintain fulfilling and fair work opportunities. Learn what barriers are preventing people with disabilities from participating fully and fairly in the workforce, and what you can do as either a job seeker, hiring professional, or coworker to knock down hurdles and encourage diversity. Whether you're looking to start your career, hire for your organization, or be a better coworker to your team, we are all a part of the employment journey.
