Fascia, the connective tissue supporting our bodies, is now at the forefront of medical research and is becoming a household name. Dr. Ida Rolf, Ph.D. (1896-1979), identified its importance over 50 years ago, well before modern imaging tools existed. Her insights into the importance of fascia for the human body are now being rediscovered and validated by contemporary scientific research.

"Mother of Fascia - One Woman's Tireless Quest Through 20th Century Turmoil" is a captivating documentary that celebrates Dr. Rolf's incredible life. The film highlights her pioneering journey and the challenges she faced while exploring the healing potential of the human body and the importance of fascia for health and alignment.
