Nothing seems normal for Norma. Her son Lenny is growing up so fast since her husband Henri disappeared into the night. In her lucid dreams Norma can still see him and their family reunited. Too good to be true? But Norma knows it must be more than “just a dream”. She starts to trip from familiar places into stranger land than she could have imagined - not even in her dreams.

Over years «Norma Dorma» evolved dreamlike in shooting, editing and writing – not in order and not by script, but guided by the strange and free falling sensation of becoming parents. Director and leading actress are partners and a family in real life. Mother and children star and grow in a mystery drama that blends reality, fiction and dreams. A surreal trip into motherhood.
