Antoine begins his freshman year in medical school for the third time. Benjamin just came from high school, but he quickly realizes that this year won't be a cakewalk. In a competitive and violent environment, with days filled with very demanding classes and nights dedicated to studying rather than partying, these two students will have to be determined to strike a good balance between today's challenges and tomorrow's hope.
