War and the Weather is an experimental history of Atmospheric Rivers featuring the music of Philip Glass. The film explores the cultural context of this new science of rivers in the sky, featuring their impact on the colonization of the American West.


The film premiered at the National Gallery of Art in Washington D.C. and will be featured at Glimmerglass film days.
