A humorous yet cynical portrait of military groupism, the film follows Woo-cheol’s journey, as he serves the mandatory two years in the South Korean army, to reveal how he is shaped into being a part of the collective while trying to maintain his individuality. Army is about the emotional relationship between the collective and the individual.
