Director Biography - Kaylee Kim

Kaylee Kim, born and raised in Los Angeles, is currently a Broadcast Journalism and Documentary major at Chapman University. With her love for filmmaking and learning about different cultures, she grew an interest towards documentary filmmaking. Though she doesn’t have much experience in the documentary field at the moment, she has had experience creating short films while traveling to different countries such as Mexico, Philippines, and Korea. She also has a passion for learning languages, speaking English, Korean, and Spanish while studying Japanese and Chinese. She hopes to tell stories that brings together both her love for people and filmmaking.
