Join us for a spirited training, led by activist, writer, and owner of Springer Communications, AJ Springer, as he lays out a game plan for those interested in running for office who will not receive significant support from the party and/or won’t have big budgets to hire staff or consultants. Organizers and activists not afraid to raise a little hell will find this session useful, as AJ gives an overview of designing a core message and pushes attendees to concretely identify what winning looks like. Plus, he’ll share best practices and common pitfalls one might encounter when running for political office. This training is for those with little to moderate experience interacting with the media or those who are nervous about telling their stories.
