A surgeon and son of a Holocaust survivor who lives in Trieste, refuses to help a victim of a traffic accident when he finds the Nazi emblem tattooed on the victim’s body. Consumed with guilt, he begins to doubt his refusal to treat the victim - did he do the right thing?
