ABOUT THE FILM:

When Ali and Oliver meet, it seems like love at first sight. But because Ali is Muslim and in the closet, it’s not as simple as boy meets boy. As Oliver starts to wonder where their relationship can go, Ali must choose between the love he wants and the family and faith he has.


ABOUT THE FILMMAKER:

Muneeb Hassan, born in Karachi, Pakistan, began writing and directing plays at age 7. His Brooklyn College thesis film, We Just Met, won Best Student Film and Best Editing at the Los Angeles Independent Film Festival, and Best Screenplay at the Chicago International Screenwriting Festival. Muneeb's short films have screened internationally and aired on New York television. He associate produced The Nearest Human Being (Amazon Prime) and produced the Danish documentary short "Left in a Box". His latest short film, All The Men I Met But Never Dated, is completed and has begun its festival run.
