March 13th 2021 will mark 25 years exactly since the death of director Lucio Fulci. Fulci Talks is a cinematographic self-portrait of the great horror film director, recently completed from the 1993 archive conversation between Fulci, film director Antonietta De Lillo and critic Marcello Garofalo.

From this unprecedented conversation - one of the last testimonies before his death - the figure of Fulci as a director and as a man re-emerges through personal stories, pointed opinions and fascinating anecdotes about his work and international cinema.

'By solely focussing on Fulci's own dialogue, and barely cutting away, we find ourselves presented with a remarkably intense close-up of one of Italian genre cinema's most famous filmmakers, and a man not afraid to say what he thinks! We're very lucky to be presenting this revealing discussion on such an important day.' - Gaz Bailey, Abertoir Horror Festival

Mae Fulci Talks yn hunanbortread sinematograffig o'r cyfarwyddwr ffilm arswyd o fri, a gwblhawyd yn ddiweddar o sgwrs archif 1993 rhwng Fulci, y cyfarwyddwr ffilm Antonietta De Lillo a'r adolygydd Marcello Garofalo.

O'r sgwrs ddigynsail hon - un o'r tystiolaethau olaf cyn ei farwolaeth - mae ffigwr Fulci fel cyfarwyddwr ac fel dyn yn ailymddangos trwy straeon personol, anecdotau chwilfrydig a chabledd am ei waith ac am sinema ryngwladol.
