After a series of child disappearances in a rural Italian village, a reporter teams up with a young woman to investigate the truth. As powerful and controversial now as it was then, Don't Torture a Duckling is both a challenging drama and a great giallo thriller.

The film that Lucio Fulci was most proud of, Don't Torture a Duckling also features performances from cult stars Tomas Milian, Barbara Bouchet and Florinda Bolkan, as well as a very memorable score by Riz Ortolani.

'We wanted to mark the 25th anniversary of Fulci's death by screening one of his most important films, and one of his own personal favourites. It has a LOT to say about society, and of course, Fulci never has anything good to say about...well, I won't spoil it for you!" - Gaz Bailey, Director of Abertoir

Yn dilyn cyfres o lofruddiaethau mewn pentref gwledig Eidaleg, mae newyddiadurwr a merch ifanc yn ymuno i ddatrys yr achos. Mor bwerus a dadleuol nawr ag yr oedd ar y pryd, mae Don't Torture a Duckling yn ddrama heriol a giallo ias-a-chyffro gwych.

Y ffilm oedd Lucio Fulci ei hun yn fwyaf balch ohoni, mae Don't Torture a Duckling hefyd yn cynnwys perfformiadau gan y sêr cwlt Tomas Milian, Barbara Bouchet a Florinda Bolkan.
