With its delicate touch, finely drawn characters and outstanding performances this gentle film explores a group of women’s lives and what they have in common despite their apparent differences. Eight women, Arab & Jewish, take part in a video workshop. They get to know each other as they film their lives and share their hopes and fears. Beautifully constructed this treads a fine line between fiction and documentary to reveal the power of cinema to reach across cultural divisions.

“Their revelations are hesitant, often suggestive more than expressive and feel entirely authentic. Rotem’s film rewards audiences with many intensely charged and poignant moments.”    Jewish Film Review

“the film offers a rare glimpse to the hidden depths of the lives of Jewish and Palestinian women, where their central point of convergence, the most profound thing they had in common, is simply being a woman.“
