Ben, a young filmmaker at a small college, comes face to face with an identity crisis when he realizes there are 35 other students there also named Ben. Our Ben attempts to meet them all, finally luring them to a Ben-only gala complete with pizza and Kool-Aid. This is a totally charming movie from a first-time filmmaker at Colorado College.

Two musicians with a car, a guitar, their voices, and no plan other than to bring people together in a very divided year, take their car to all 50 states, singing (as the group "The Bergamot") and inviting people to sign their names and write messages of unity on the car, finally auctioning off the car at the end of their journey in their hometown, South Bend, Indiana. Their trip has a surprising and energizing effect on the people they meet. This is a fun film, and we get to hear some good music, too.

State of the Unity

In 2016, the band "The Bergamot" took a timely journey to perform in all 50 States inviting people to sign their message of unity on their car. What ensued is a heartwarming tale of empathy and understanding during a polarizing time.
