Muguruma is a drug dealer and his best friend, Gotou visits him.
Gotou gives a gun and money to Muguruma and orders him to kill Tachikawa who Gotou points out in a picture.
Meanwhile, a man and a woman also request the death of Tachikawa.
Muguruma was suspicious about the task and questions Gotou. Gotou discusses well-planned conspiracy and fate.

The story was based on a true incident which happened in China, 2013.
The incident happened underground also involved the overground society.
The story of sub-contractor and disintermediation along with sadness and humor.
The story is very comical and has many messages.
All the inspiration and sympathy was for people who live in a ruthless and unfair society.
I would like many people who live in this modern world to know about this incident and the lesson from that story throughout the film.

- NoteMasaya Katou was born in Tokyo, October 1983. While he worked for a company, he started learning about films at a film workshop, called "New Cinema Workshop" in 2012. After his graduation, he directed a few films, music videos and adverts. He also worked as an assistant director and a cinematographer. His debut feature film, "Tokyo Offerings Flower" won Horror SF Special Jury Award in 58th WorldFest Houston. Additionally, "Tokyo Offerings Flower" won Best Horror Feature Film and Best Director in 1st Sand Dance International Film Festival.
