    As a writer-director, Marilyn brings complex female characters and dreamlike worlds to the screen. No Ghost in the Morgue is her third short film. Her previous short (Wanted: Strong Woman) screened in over 35 festivals, including Palm Springs, Vienna Shorts and Dresden and received 7 mentions and awards, including Best Director Grand Prize at the Rhode Island International Film Festival. She is currently developing her first feature film, which received support from TIFF's Filmmaker Lab.
