SOLARITY

Learning to love someone can be scary, but it can also lead to the most marvellous adventure. With a striking illustrative style, writer/director Efa Blosse-Mason tells the story of Heledd and Celyn who navigate the undiscovered and murky waters of entering a new relationship. Facing vulnerability and a sea monster, the lover’s odyssey tests the strength of their Leaf Boat. Through the bewitching power of 2D animation this film explores the internal worlds of the characters emotions which are visualized through seasons and stormy seas.

After befriending his new classmate John, Eric is forced to come to terms with both his sexuality and the tragic death of a friend. This is a coming-of-age film that examines what it is like to struggle with sexuality, depression, anxiety, and loss in high school. The characters in this story must also deal with these issues in the age of social media. A world where everyone knows what you’re doing and where nothing is ever really gone.

PUBLIC LIFE

‘The Fabric of You’ is a short stop motion animated film written and directed by Josephine Lohoar Self. It stars Iain Glen as the voice of ‘Issac’ and Damien Molony voicing the character of ‘Michael’.

THE FABRIC OF YOU

On the outside looking in no one can explain why their relationship works. Bill a charming fuck-up who hustles and Sara, a black transwoman, being wound too tight. However, those differences have always been what made their relationship work. On the most imitate level their relationships have been anchored by a deep understanding and acceptance of each other’s true selves. Sara has almost reached her dream to match her body to her soul but first, she and Bill, have to make one last sell.

ONE LAST DEAL

EAT THE RAINBOW is a musical fable about an odd yet kind man named Bayani who moves into a conservative suburban neighborhood and disrupts the otherwise comfortable homogeny. He doesn’t look or act like anyone else which causes fear and panic and eventually a demand for him to leave the neighborhood. Cousin Wonderlette befriends Bayani and together they take on the opposition led by manipulative and unscrupulous realtor Lobelia Gerber.

EAT THE RAINBOW

On his morning bike ride, Scott grapples with the memories of a trauma he experienced with his husband Todd. When his route suddenly takes an unexpected turn, Scott finds himself on the doorstep of a stranger intimately connected to the past he can’t shake.
