Holly Amber Church and Josh Eckberg will lead a discussion on what to expect, plan for, and what pitfalls to avoid when working in post-production on the sound design, music, and final mix for your film.


Holly Amber Church


Award-winning composer Holly Amber Church was recently featured on a composer panel for Fangoria and was also interviewed for the book "Scored to Death 2: More Conversations with Some of Horror's Greatest Composers" by author J. Blake Fichera. Her soundtrack album for the psychological thriller OPEN 24 HOURS (now streaming on Shudder and Peacock) was released on vinyl and is currently available on the famed pop-culture collectibles site Mondo. Other recent and upcoming releases of films scored by Holly include the sci-fi thriller BAD IMPULSE, the beautiful documentary A BAND TO HONOR, and the creature feature DARK LIGHT (now streaming on Netflix). Besides being able to write some truly thrilling and suspenseful music, Holly also likes to write music for many different genres. She recently finished the score for the drama THE RUNNER and has signed on to score the inspiring biopic BUTTERFLY IN THE TYPEWRITER featuring an all-star cast.




Josh Eckberg


An aspiring filmmaker from a young age, Josh Eckberg set out to pursue his childhood passion professionally around the turn of the millennium, attending USC’s prestigious School of Film and Television from 2000 to 2004. Since then, he has built an impressive list of credits and clientele as a supervising sound editor and re-recording mixer for dozens of feature films and hundreds of hours of television. Josh is an ascending talent in the arena of post audio, earning a reputation as a talented storyteller and willing collaborator with a keen ear for crafting a dynamic and polished sonic landscape. He is currently employed at Warner Bros studios in Burbank, CA. Recent credits include- Seal Team, Manifest, Queen Sugar, and Fargo.
