Dov, a 75 year old widower, has recently and reluctantly moved into a senior retirement village. He is low on money and friends, whereas everyone else seems ridiculously happy--which he soon discovers is because they smoke state-sponsored cannabis. When Dov tries to capitalize on this situation, chaos ensues and Dov has to decide whether he’s willing to risk everything for what really matters to him.
