Ballet dancer Leonardo’s plan to escape Havana with his girlfriend Sara develops complications when he meets Nasim, a recently-divorced Iranian-Jewish woman from Montreal. With gorgeous dancing by Leonardo, this film presents a visually striking exploration of the religious and personal differences at the heart of a cross-cultural relationship. From Film Threat: “It's very easy to get wrapped up in the beautiful musical world of dance, love, and heartache that is Sin La Habana.”
