The film chronicles Sutzkever’s granddaughter’s quest to trace his early life and preserve his literary legacy. Video and audio clips of Sutzkever reading his poetry and testifying at Nuremberg reveal the impact of his work. Contains Holocaust material.

This event is a collaboration of SDIJFF, Yiddish Book Center, Yiddish Arts and Academics Association of North America (YAAANA), and Yiddishland California.
