How do I register for a show? To register, you will need to click on the "REGISTER" button and follow the steps. You will need to have an AARP.org account to register. You cannot register using your Eventive account.

Why do I have to create an AARP account? Registration is tied to your AARP.org account, so this is the only way to register for an AARP Theater show.
What if I'm not an AARP member - can I still create an account? Yes! AARP membership is not required to create an AARP.org account.
It says the show is free! Why do I have to pre-order? "Pre-order" is just another word for pre-registration on this site. You must register in advance for all theater events, but you will never be charged for an AARP Theater showing.
Can I watch this on Roku, AppleTV or on a SMART TV App? Yes! You can watch this show on all three. Visit Eventive's Help Page for instructions.
How can I cast the show to my TV? You can cast the program to your screen using an app such as Chromecast or Airplay, or connecting your computer to your TV using an HDMI cable. For more information about casting the show to a TV, you can visit Eventive's Help Page.
Will the show work on my device? Watch Eventive's helpful Device Compatibility Video before the event to test your preferred device and ensure you're set up and ready to go! Always make sure you have a strong Wi-Fi connection to avoid any interruptions.
Do you offer captioning? Yes, closed captions are available for all AARP Theater programs.
I can't make it at the scheduled date and time, can I watch later? No. The program is only available at the scheduled date and time, it is not available on demand.
What is the capacity for this event? Capacity will differ based on licensing restrictions, though most AARP Theater shows will have unlimited capacity. All members and non-members are welcome to register to watch a show!
I want to watch with my family/friends. Can I share my link? You are welcome to share the link to the show page. The program will actually be streamed live on that link. However, anyone who wishes to access the event must have an AARP.org account. AARP.org events are free to create and do not require an AARP membership.
When will I receive my link to watch the show? You will receive a confirmation email after you register to attend a show. That email has a link that says 'Watch Now'. Additionally, you will receive a reminder email on the day of the event. That will also contain a link to watch.
I registered but never got the confirmation or reminder emails! What do I do? Email findfun@aarp.org for assistance with any registration issues.
I forgot the password to my AARP.org account! What do I do? No problem. Visit our Help Center for instructions on how to reset your password or call our Members Services line at 1-888-687-2277.
