With Dr. Boukary Sawadogo, Assistant Professor of Black studies and Cinema Studies at The City College of New York and author “Les Cinémas francophones ouest africains, 1900-2005” and Dr. Reinaldo Barroso-Spech, ADIFF Co-Founder and Co-Director of the African Diaspora International Film festival. The three African films in ADIFF’s virtual festival - Shaihu Umar by Adamu Halilu, The Pirogue by Moussa Toure and 2 Weeks in Lagos by Kathryn Fasegha - will be discussed at length.
