An architectural jewel of Larnaca’s cultural heritage, the Mattei Manor House, the 18th-century two-story building on Zenonos Kitieos Street, stirs memories from a different Larnaca, a Larnaca lost in time and oblivion. The documentation of its archaeological and architectural value is shown through the words of those who remember it as English Club and Larnaca Club until the beginning of the 20th century, while the decision to restore it as an Ancient Monument within the frame of the “ 2014 – 2020 Competitiveness and Sustainable Development Program” brings it back to life.
