Please make sure you provide us with a file that is no larger than 10 GB , 1080p resolution recommended and in .mov or .mp4 format. We recommend you upload an H.264 video file encoded at 10Mbps. If possible, select "High Profile" H.264 setting instead of "Main Profile" when you export your video. While uploading don’t forget to include an .srt file for closed captioning.
