Personal Politics presented by DC Asian Pacific American Film Festival

Asian and Pacific Islander Americans, like all humans, have always told their own stories — although their stories were not often told on film. The shift to digital technologies changed some of that, but finding audiences outside of the community has been a lingering challenge. For that reason we are shining a light on films from our Festival archive highlighting exceptional works from makers in the DC Metro region. Join us for the 21st DC Asian Pacific American Film Festival running online from July 15 - 25, 2021. Learn more at apafilm.org.
