In these sorrowful times of uncertainty in the Middle East, we warmly invite you to a healing workshop hosted by the Arab Film Festival, in collaboration with the WE NEVER LEFT team and guided by the compassionate mental health professional, Rana Abdallah, MPS, LCAT, ATR.

As we continue to stand in solidarity with our community, it’s vital to remember the importance of self-compassion and nurturing our mental well-being. It’s crucial to acknowledge our feelings and allow ourselves the space to process them. This workshop is designed to be a gentle refuge, a place where you can find comfort and understanding amidst the chaos. Rana will guide us through various techniques and practices aimed at fostering healing. Whether through mindfulness exercises, creative expression, or simply sharing our thoughts, we’ll discover tools that can help us cope with stress, anxiety, and grief.

Join us in creating a safe and supportive environment where we can express our emotions freely and authentically. Together, we’ll engage in meaningful discussions, share stories, and explore ways to navigate the complex emotions that arise during such tumultuous times.

This workshop will take place live via Zoom. You will receive a link to join in your confirmation email.
