MEET THE FILMMAKER: CHRISTOPHER CHAMBERS

A FIRE WITHIN is Christopher Chambers' first documentary film. An award-winning writer-director, Christopher's feature debut was a coming-of-age drama titled ARAM, ARAM. After premiering to a sold-out audience at the Los Angeles Film Festival, ARAM, ARAM garnered praise from critics: The Hollywood Reporter called ARAM, ARAM a film that "deserves to be seen," with LA Weekly calling it "a moving success". After touring theatrically across the U.S., Canada and Australia, Netflix acquired global streaming rights. Chambers is a graduate of Wesleyan University and the American Film Institute. He would like to express his heartfelt thanks and appreciation to the members of the Ethiopian Community without whose support A FIRE WITHIN could never have become a reality.
