The Siekopai Nation ancestrally lived between the Putamayo and the Napo Rivers in the Amazon basin. Due to a land conflict, and the peace process that followed, between Peru and Ecuador in the 1940s they lost their land and also access to their most prized food sources. This film follows the journey of a pilgrimage to reconnect back with their ancestral land and to collect the seeds of those fruits to reforest their current territory which has destroyed by land invaders.
