Bérénice Bejo (The Artist), Jérémie Renier (Polisse), and François Cluzet (The Untouchables with Omar Sy) star in a domestic thriller, featuring a captivating story of manipulation. When an interfaith Parisian couple decides to sell an unsanitary basement in their building that's been in the family since before the Holocaust, a very ordinary man shows up to buy it. When the man moves into the cellar and makes it his permanent residence and begins murmuring anti-Semitic and Holocaust-denying remarks, the couple tries desperately to cancel the sale and get entangled in legal problems.
