Join former teenage filmmaker Daniel Scheinert as he talks with a group of current teenage filmmakers in Central Oregon about what they've been making, what they want to make, and where they hope to be in 20 years. He'll be approaching the conversation with the 20/20 hindsight of someone who is now bald.

Panelists: Jadon Berg (age 17, Summit High School), Eliab Rice (age 19, Central Oregon Community College), and Manhattan Wood (age 16, Bend Senior High School).

The panel is FREE and all are welcome! Got a questions for these emerging filmmakers? Throw it in the chat box and Daniel will do his best to ask it for you!

About the Panelists: Jadon Berg was a writer and actor in the short film CORE and Eliab Rice wrote and directed the feature THE YOUNGER AND THE LAST OF THE VENGEANTS, both screening at this year’s BendFilm Festival. Manhattan Wood is the Founder of the BendFilm Student Advisory Group and is starting a weekly student Film Club at BendFilm's Tin Pan Theater.

About the Moderator: Daniel Scheinert started out as a teenage filmmaker directing Kung Fu Movies in his best friend's backyard back in Alabama. Now he works in Los Angeles as a part of the writing and directing duo Daniels (alongside Daniel Kwan). They made SWISS ARMY MAN, TURN DOWN FOR WHAT, and are editing a new movie with Kung Fu in it but this time it stars Michelle Yeoh!
