Isolated in a house on an Italian island, a couple struggles to find the bond that once united them. As they attempt to reconnect with each other, they decide to stage their relationship dynamics in front of the camera as a way to dispel their fears and insecurities. They soon discover that traditional forms of communication fail to serve them and they must search for alternative ways of connecting on a deeper level.

About the Directors:

Susanna della Sala is an Italian writer, director and artist. She wrote and directed the fantasy short film The Fish Doctor, which participated in several international festivals, the dance film Wasteplanet, produced by COORPI, and she’s now working on the feature documentary Last Stop Before Chocolate Mountain, produced by the award-winning company DOCLAB. In 2021 she will be directing the fantasy short film Wigs, produced by Amarena Film.

Mike Bruce is an American film director, writer and producer. He directed music videos for The Dandy Warhols, Noel Gallagher and Paul McCartney. In 2005 he made his first feature, The Legend of God's Gun, and his most recent film, Treasure of the Black Jaguar, was received with critical acclaim winning the Distribution Award at the Raindance Film Festival and Best Cinematography Award at First Glance Film Festival Hollywood.
