A bittersweet romantic comedy about a runaway fiancée who returns home to win her ex back with an ill-advised surprise romantic gesture. Confronted with evidence that her ex is happier without her - and the realization that she might be the asshole - she must backpedal to escape unseen or risk blowing up his new found happiness.

Director's Bio:

Anna is a strong leader driven to achieve meaningful collaboration. She has worked in film and television for a decade, both in NYC, and Auckland. Anna has written and directed several short films, including PAIN, which screened as part of 2020 NZ’s Best Programme, and was selected for over 30 international festivals. In 2022, Anna made romcom short JUST KIDDING, I ACTUALLY LOVE YOU (2022). FULL V (2021) selected for Aesthetica Film Festival 2021, and MUM JEANS (2017) which screened at NZIFF 2018. Directing PSUSY S2, Anna attended the 2018 LA Film Festival and won Best Episodic Jury Prize.
