One in four families in the United States is struggling to put food on the table. COVID-19 increased this number. Restaurants and other markets for food closed, initially hurting farmers. "Farm to Families" tells the story of the creative collaboration between Rogue Valley Farm to School, Fry Family Farm, local schools and community volunteers -- joining forces to feed families in Southern Oregon's Rogue Valley. In twelve weeks the program distributed 240,000 pounds of fresh produce!

About the Director:

Katherine Roselli is a retired pediatric physical therapist who absolutely loves working with kids and families. When her children were growing up she took up photography to record their (ever so rapid!) development. Making short documentary films is now her main creative outlet. She likes to combine the light and sound of film to tell immersive stories - as succinctly as possible!
