We are in a village school in Anatolia during a cold and snowy winter. The village school which is located right in the cemetery contains many mysteries.



Yalçın ÇİFTÇİ

 

Yalçın Çiftçi (Adıyaman, 1992) graduated from Marmara University, Department of Turkish Language and Literature. Besides teaching, he has been a professional photographer for a long time. He photographs Anatolian folk culture and the lost cultural values. His photographs have been published in geography and photography magazines, including the prestigious periodical “Atlas”. Over the years he has won many awards for his photography and continues to tell human stories by using the photograpy’s visual power. Lately he has also been working on documentary filmmaking.
