What would you do if all they give you were 100 Feet of 16mm Film totaling 2.5 minutes to complete your film? This is what Director Andre LaMont chose to take on as part of the Kodak 100ft Film Project. Wanting to shoot in B&W, LaMont called Director of Photography/Editor & AFI Alum, Heyward Tunstall, who had to dust off his Bolex camera. Needing a classic story, he contacted Writer, Krystal Keith who was sitting on a parody skit she’d written some years back of the Broadway classic - West Side Story. Keith added an original poem. LaMont added the name, along with American Idol talent & Civil Rights Activist Larry Platt. This creative collaboration gave birth to, West Sagg Story. With this, Producer Jimmy “JT” Taylor secured famed Rapper, T-Bird, (with 2 million+ hits on Tik Tok) & Tely Mr. 100 who added their song “Pants Gone Sagg”. 

Numerous American cities and towns created policies outlawing sagging pants. So Writer, Krystal Keith & Director, Andre` LaMont and team set out to tackle the global issue of Low-Riding “Saggin” Pants, with West Sagg Story.
