The architecture of the urban world, while responsive and living in its own right, is not necessarily hospitable.
Aurora - The Street that Wanted to be a River (Aurora - A Rua que queria ser um rio)
Aurora is a sad and lonely street of a big city. On a rainy day, she remembers her trajectory and dreams about the future.
Chorus
"Chorus" is a fictional retelling of a modernist church inhabited by disembodied and dissenting femme voices, where architecture becomes a resonating instrument through which to investigate and contest gendered power relationships alive in our built world.
House of Existence (Jon-Jae-Ui Jib)
A house, drawn in pencil, is starting to fall apart. Bricks come loose from the wall, the front door falls off its hinges, walls break away. Furniture shatters, the roof slides off, sliding into nothingness. Melancholy and the opportunity to leave are all that remains.
Papagalo, What’s the Time?
An exploration of the architecture of the former Yugoslavian pavilion from the Brussels World Expo (1958) in its current function as Sint-Pauluscollege.
Our Ark

These imaginative, lovingly crafted shorts take on the POV of objects, materials, and edifices around us, imbuing them with hopes and regrets, dreams and purpose.

If the streets could talk, what would they say? Aurora is a sad and lonely street of a big city. On a rainy day, she remembers her trajectory and dreams about the future asking herself: is it possible for a street to die?
